Reunion with Stephen, Jaymi, and Klara
(Jaymi- you might not want to let Stephen see this one, it has pictures of him and I value my life-only to a certain extent or I wouldn't be posting these at all. Oh well)
Cutie Klara and Jo
Jaymi and Will

3 kiddos

Stephen spent quite a bit of time at the trampoline with the kiddos. It sure made Jo happy. Oh, excuse me, Jo renamed him "Uncle Awesome"

This may not seem like a picture with any Joneses in it but if you notice the hand with the football on the left, it is Stephens hand. I was going to get a picture of him playing with the kids, cause it was so cute, but he gave me that look that says I will kill you if you do such a thing and said something like" You'd better not be getting a picture of me" so I didn't. Not because he can kill me with his pinkie, but because I am a nice person. So you'll just have to mentally add in a picture of my handsome brother with his crooked grin playing catch with the kids to make this one complete. Love ya Bro.
Bastian Reunion
Family hanging out here and there, it's pretty self explanatory.

We made mousetrap cars, here is Jo's. She was so excited about it and it actually made it home where she proceeded to destroy it. Oh, well.

Uncle Tim got hold of my camera and was going on to one of the kids about how he was going to suprise the owner of the camers with a picture of their favorite Uncle. I was sitting next to him so I guess that kind of ruined the suprise.

Water ballon launcher! Jo took a turn but couldn't quite get it so Rollin's wife, Trisha, helped her.

Four Generations. I wish we had a better picture, but this will have to do. At least we have one!

Plane Ride to Utah
So, Jo William and I went to Utah for a week and a half with my parents. It was a fun crazy 11 days, and I never plan on going on a trip again without Josh. (at least with little kids in tow, particularly a 6 week old baby) So the next several posts are going to be about our trip, and will be full of pictures.
Yea.
Yea.
I am so glad that we went out to Utah with my parents, I have decided that anyone who travels alone with kids is crazy or suicidal. Thank you mom and dad for flying us out with you!
Here mom is enjoying some baby time at the airport.

Jo was sooooooo excited to fly on an airplane, and actually stayed awake this time so she could enjoy it. Keeping her in her seatbelt, however, was quite the task. As you can see she wanted to be up with her face in the window the whole time.
Gran was kind enough to hold William the whole flight while I tried to keep Jo in her seat.
We were able to distract her for a bit with some coloring time!!
Jo enjoying her complimentary beverage. On the way home as soon as we got on the plane she started asking "When do I get my drink?" over and over.
At the end of the flight she finally crashed for a bit. Yea for peace and quiet!

Browns Visit
In July the Browns came down for their Family reunion here in Vidor, and we decided to crash the party. (Well, It was only one little part) They came out Friday, and that night we went roller skating with them. It was kinda weird cause we knew some of the family from here in Vidor, but there were other family members that we knew from living up in Denton. We had alot of fun, and enjoyed them staying with us for a couple of days.
Sisters and cousins skating at the Roller Rink.
Loralyn and William at the roller rink. It's really hard to sit at a 90 degree angle. Good ab workout though.
Here is how the race started. As you can see, Riah would have done alot better if she hadn't been amazed at Jo's awesomeness. : )
Jo has a great desire to go with the flow, and follow the crowd. It's amazing. (This is part of the race just after the previous video)

Prayers
Jo is so cute, she is starting to say more of her prayers on her own. Typically she only says a few things and most of it is repeated with each prayer. For instance, her normal one goes like this:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we thank thee for this day, and for the food. Please bless it to nourish our bodies, and have fun, and go outside. (pause- one or two more things with help from mom or dad) We say these things in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen."
Tonight she really took off and did her own thing and it was super cute. This is how it went:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we thank thee for this day, and please help us to have fun and go outside. And please help me to sleep in my ow bed and not be scared or wake up, and help Mommy to not be scared too, and help Daddy to not be scared too also. And please help the missionaries to come over tomorrow, and baby brother to come over tomorrow too. and we say these things in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen."
She is such a sweetie, and it's so fun to watch her grow up.

Fireworks!
William experiencing fireworks for the first time.He would twitch every time he heard one.
Watching the snakes grow.
Snapits! She dumped almost an entire package on the ground and started dancing on them. It was like Fred Estaire's fireworks dance in "Holiday Inn" Unfortunately the batteries in the camera had just barely died so I didn't get a video. : (
Butterscotch dum dums with Grandma, YUM!
Jo REALLY wanted to use my moby wrap to hold Hattie, her baby doll. I think she's a bit small for it right now.
Lighting a smoke bomb. She kept thinking they were all going to be noisy and would run off plugging her ears. It was pretty funny. Right after I stopped recording she turned to me and said "Mommy, it's so beautiful!" She is such a cutie!
