Trip to Tyler

At the end of march we went up to Tyler, Tx to spend the weekend with the Smiths. It was a fun exciting trip, and we all had a great time. Jo started saying "R.Dee" on the way out there and hasn't stopped since. It is fun to see the two of them getting along so well.

We played at a playground for a bit and as you will see in the video, Jo loved the monkey bars.

Lots to do

So, there has been alot happening in the past month and I have over 1400 pictures to share. However, I don't wan't to bore you all so I will put up only a few pictures from each event on here with a little blurb explaining and will hopefully soon put several more up on facebook. (still only a small percentage but several none the less.) So the next several posts will be from all our weekend excursions and other various events and trips. It might take a few days to accomplish all the posts I have in mind, especialy since Jo isn't taking more than a half hour nap a day. Enjoy!

I thought this was supposed to be a lipstick thing.

Josalyn was playing happily tonight while I was tring to make dinner. She was being so calm and quite that I was begining to wonder what she was up to. About that time she said "ouch" So I went to see what she was doing and discovered she had figured out how to get into my mascara, and had decided to change her hair color.

Summer Fun

So I went to some boutiques in Beaumont to try and sell bows, but they all already had people doing them. However, one of them liked the wooden letter I had painted for Jo, with a ribbon hanging off it to put bows on, and asked if I would do some for the store that they could display and then call me when people wanted to buy one. So I made some for them and these are the pictures. (The store name is GiGi's so I did those five letters) Sorry- they aren't in order, backwards actually,I don't have the hang of this thing yet. Jo decided she wanted to get her picture taken as well so here are a few pictures of her on the towel posing for the camera.

Ouch

Jo was playing at Gran and and Grandads the other day and tripped and hit her nose on the wooden puzzle Josh built. It looks alot better here, after being cleaned up. The scab on her forehead is from another accident earlier in the week.

Jo loves her slide, the other day she mastered the art of climbing up it. She has done it a few times in the past but it took her a while and it was very infrequent, now she does it all the time.
